1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "jlwin," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the jlwin platform, its operators, and affiliated entities operating jlwin.cam.
• "Platform" refers to the jlwin website, mobile-optimized site, and all associated products and services accessible at jlwin.cam.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the jlwin Platform.
• "Account" refers to the individual registered account created by a Player on the jlwin Platform.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any real-money stake placed by a Player on a game, sports event, or other activity available on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account by jlwin.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the official gaming regulatory authority of the Philippines.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer procedures, including identity verification, age verification, and source-of-funds checks conducted by jlwin.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the jlwin Platform, creating an Account, or placing a Wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, including any documents incorporated by reference — including jlwin's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jlwin Platform and, if applicable, close your Account. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

Access to jlwin is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. Players accessing the Platform from outside the Philippines, or from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law, do so at their own risk and in potential violation of local laws. jlwin bears no responsibility for any legal consequences arising from a Player's access to the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction.

3.3 Additional Restrictions

You are not eligible to register for or use a jlwin Account if:

• You are acting as an agent, employee, officer, director, or contractor of jlwin or any of its affiliates or game providers.
• You are located in a jurisdiction that prohibits online gambling or the receipt of online gambling services.
• You have previously been self-excluded from jlwin or any other online gambling platform under a self-exclusion agreement that remains in effect.
• A court or regulatory body has declared you legally incapacitated with respect to financial or legal decisions.

4. Account Registration and Management

4.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money gaming services on jlwin, you must create an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete registration information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, a valid email address, and a Philippine mobile number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one active Account on jlwin at any time. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal information — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein. This policy exists to prevent bonus abuse, protect the integrity of gaming operations, and comply with PAGCOR anti-money laundering requirements.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your jlwin login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. Any unauthorized access to your Account must be reported to our support team immediately.

4.4 KYC Verification

jlwin may request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, PhilHealth card, or postal ID. Withdrawal requests above applicable thresholds will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. jlwin reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory verification of identity and source of funds.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

jlwin accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and supported cryptocurrency networks. All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed at the time of transaction.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically feasible. jlwin aims to process approved GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within 5–15 minutes for fully verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals to BDO, BPI, and Metrobank are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or when additional verification is required.

5.3 Currency

The functional currency of jlwin accounts is the Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All balances, wagering requirements, deposit minimums, and withdrawal thresholds are denominated in Philippine Peso unless otherwise stated.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

jlwin reserves the right to delay, withhold, or cancel a withdrawal request in the following circumstances:

• KYC verification has not been completed or documentation provided is insufficient.
• There is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or multi-accounting.
• Applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds have not been met.
• A chargeback or payment dispute has been initiated by the Player or their payment provider.
• Anti-money laundering review is required under applicable Philippine law.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

jlwin offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, bingo cashback offers, sports betting free bets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time the promotion is offered. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they — or any winnings generated from them — can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements range from 20x to 50x the bonus amount depending on the promotion.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• jlwin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice, subject to any rights accrued by the Player prior to such modification.
• Systematic exploitation of bonus structures — commonly referred to as bonus hunting or bonus abuse — will result in bonus forfeiture, account suspension, and potential recovery of any associated winnings.

7. Player Conduct

By using jlwin, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the following standards:

• You will not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or the financing of criminal activity.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, hack, or interfere with the Platform's software, game mechanics, or security systems.
• You will not use automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sports bet.
• You will not collude with other Players in card games, live dealer games, or any other activity where collusion could disadvantage the Platform or other Players.
• You will not engage in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward jlwin staff or other Players via any communication channel.
• You will not make chargebacks or payment disputes without first exhausting jlwin's internal dispute resolution process.

jlwin reserves the right to immediately suspend any Account, void all wagers, and withhold pending withdrawals where there is reasonable evidence of a breach of any conduct obligation set out in this section.

8. Gaming Rules and Fairness

All games available on jlwin are provided by certified third-party game studios and live dealer operators. The Random Number Generation (RNG) systems underpinning all digital games are independently certified by internationally recognized testing agencies. Live dealer games are conducted by trained professional dealers in licensed studio environments.

Each game type — including slots, bingo, live casino, and sports betting — has its own specific game rules that are accessible within the game interface or on the relevant product page. 9. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from within their Account settings. Changes to increase limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period. Changes to decrease limits take effect immediately.

• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds over a defined period to prevent excessive financial exposure.

10. Suspension and Termination

jlwin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The Player is found to be under the age of 21.
• The Player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, collusion, or any other criminal activity.
• The Player has violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The Player has made a chargeback or payment reversal claim against jlwin that is found to be made in bad faith.
• jlwin is required to do so by applicable law, a regulatory authority, or a court order.

In cases of Account suspension due to confirmed fraud or material Terms breach, jlwin reserves the right to forfeit all Account balances — including both real-money and Bonus Funds — without any obligation to refund. In cases of Account closure at the Player's request or for regulatory compliance reasons, remaining real-money balances will be returned to the Player following completion of applicable KYC and AML reviews.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlwin's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any services provided shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jlwin shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity, whether direct or indirect.
• Losses arising from technical failures, server downtime, network interruptions, or force majeure events beyond jlwin's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from the Player's own negligence, breach of these Terms, or unauthorized use of their Account by a third party.
• The content, accuracy, or availability of third-party websites linked to or from the Platform.
• Changes to game rules, odds, or payout rates that are communicated in advance through the Platform.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the jlwin Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game artwork, user interface designs, software code, promotional materials, and written content — is the property of jlwin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any jlwin content for any commercial purpose without prior written authorization from jlwin.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

jlwin collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and its implementing rules and regulations. By creating an Account on jlwin, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and direct marketing communications where you have provided your consent to receive such communications.

14. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game, the calculation of a payout, the application of these Terms, or any other matter relating to your jlwin Account, you must first contact jlwin's customer support team via live chat, providing full details of your complaint. Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a resolution within 5 business days.

If you are unsatisfied with the resolution provided by jlwin's support team, you may escalate your complaint to jlwin's Compliance Officer by contacting us via the email address published on the contact page. The Compliance Officer's determination on escalated complaints will be issued within 14 business days.

As a PAGCOR-compliant operator, jlwin also recognizes the right of players to submit complaints to PAGCOR directly if internal dispute resolution does not produce a satisfactory outcome. jlwin will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation into player complaints.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines to settle any dispute or claim arising from these Terms.

16. Amendments to These Terms

jlwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a change materially affects Players' rights or obligations, jlwin will provide reasonable notice — ordinarily at least 7 days — via email to registered account holders and/or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the change taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure prior to the effective date of the amendment.
